Return & Refund Policy


We provide you high-quality products in order to make sure that every product you buy on will meet your expectation and satisfactory level.

If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, we offer an easy and hassle-free return policy, subject to goods being received in good undamaged condition.

Visit website, go to the “Contact Us” section, and write us mail Subject “Return My Product” that you wish to return and request for a return.

Reasons for return

1. Product variation: Replacement will only be considered in case of the product or item variation delivered to the buyer.

2. Size variation: You can request for a replacement in case of size variation of the product. Our customer service team will verify your request and will do needful.

3. Colour Variation: You can request for a replacement in case of colour variation of the product. Our customer service team will verify your request and will do needful.

4. Quality Variation: You can request for a replacement in case of quality variation like bad fabric quality, design variation, material quality etc.

You will receive a confirmation mail/message for your return request. Our customer service team will get in touch with you and arrange a reverse pick-up within 7 working days. The product(s) you want to be returned shall be packed, and shipped back to us. Once we have received your returned item(s) in good condition, we will initiate a payment refund. We expect to complete the refund process within 7 to 10 days from confirmation of return request.


Please return your product(s) within the original packaging. Our customer service team will organize the reverse pickup within 7 to 10 working days.

Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been altered

In case, products have been altered in any way before returning it to our logistics partners, the refunds will not be issued.

No returns will be accepted after the 7-day returns period has expired.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns of any customized products.

Trendferry reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.


How I will be assisted if I receive a damaged or incomplete item?

Trendferry is determined to deliver you the best, and your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged or wrong item, please notify us immediately(Within 2 working days)

Log in to your account, visit the “My Orders” section, select the relevant order(s) and product(s) that you wish to return, and request for a return.

We will replace any damaged product(s) depending on availability of the ordered item(s). In case we are unable to replace your damaged product(s), we will arrange for a reverse pickup of your damaged product(s), our team will verify the damage on receipt, and provide you with a complete refund within 7-10 working days.


Return Processing

In case you face a problem with a product you bought from, we are committed to resolving the issue immediately. We verify and resolve your product issue as part of the return verification process. is committed to providing you quality products, however, in case if you receive a damaged, the defective or pre-opened item at the time of delivery, please return the product immediately and we will replace the same with a new product.

In case the item is not in stock, the refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided in 7-10 days.
