1.1. TrendFerry is an e-commerce company that operates an online platform that allows customers to purchase products from various vendors.

1.2. By accessing and using the TrendFerry website or mobile application, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use the TrendFerry platform.

1.3. TrendFerry reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By continuing to use the TrendFerry platform, you agree to be bound by any modifications to these terms and conditions.

2. Product Orders

2.1. All orders made through the TrendFerry platform are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

2.2. TrendFerry reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

3. Payment

3.1. TrendFerry accepts various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on the TrendFerry platform.

3.2. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is truthful and accurate; (ii) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) provided to complete the transaction; and (iii) the payment information you provide is complete and correct.

3.3. If we are unable to process your payment, we may cancel your order and/or suspend or terminate your access to the TrendFerry platform.

4. Delivery

4.1. TrendFerry aims to deliver products within the estimated time frame provided at the time of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame.

4.2. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or delays caused by vendors.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. TrendFerry accepts returns and offers refunds in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

5.2. If you wish to return a product, you must follow the instructions provided in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on the TrendFerry platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TrendFerry or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

6.2. You may not use any of the content on the TrendFerry platform for any commercial purpose without obtaining the prior written consent of TrendFerry.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. TrendFerry is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the TrendFerry platform.

7.2. In no event shall TrendFerry be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from: (i) the use or inability to use the TrendFerry platform; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on the TrendFerry platform; or (iv) any other matter relating to the TrendFerry platform.
