10. Assembly and Safe Use

Outdoor furniture and other products must be assembled and used correctly and safely. You agree to:

Follow all supplied assembly instructions completely and tighten all fixings before use.
Observe stated weight limits for chairs, benches, tables, and other products.
Close and properly secure umbrellas and similar products during windy conditions.
Supervise children around glass tabletops, folding mechanisms, and other potentially hazardous product components.
Inspect fixings and connections periodically and re-tighten them as necessary.

TrendFerry LLC is not liable for injury or damage resulting from incorrect assembly, unauthorized modification, misuse, improper maintenance, or use of a product other than as intended.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and all products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court.
